We’re extremely proud to share that the Digideck achieved 100% up-time for the past 12 months (February 2017 to February 2018). In other words, our services were always available to our customers.
Our committed goal is to provide 99.99% up-time for our customers. In terms of industry averages, most software companies are at 99%. The difference between 99.99% and 99% might not sound like much, but consider that 99% would allow up to seven hours of unscheduled maintenance downtime a month. Those seven hours could make the wrong impact on your business if they overlap with a key presentation.
Our commitment to “four nines” (99.99%) permits just 4.38 minutes of downtime per month. When you add it up, the Digideck is making a strong commitment to up-time — and then surpassing that commitment!
