We Make Onboarding Easy, Ask Our Client LA Tourism

One of our client’s in the tourism space, Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board provides a great example of how quickly we can get a large team up and running on the Digideck platform. LA Tourism is the official tourism marketing organization for the city of Los Angeles. Their mission is to market and promote Los Angeles as the premier site for leisure travel, meetings, and conventions.

LA Tourism has 35 team members using the Digideck. By their own admission, it’s a group that many would consider a challenging group to introduce a new software to. “We expected to have a more challenging transition,” says Paige Cram, Sales Marketing Director at LA Tourism. “Our sellers have a lot of experience in the field, and they were used to the tools that we were using before.”

“Introducing new technology can be resisted by a seasoned sales team, but our experience with  Digideck was to the contrary. This is largely in part to it being so intuitive to use and the benefits of Digideck’s  wonderful support team,” said Bruce McGregor, LA Tourism’s Director of Operations.

LA Tourism’s first group of users were up and running in just a few weeks. A second wave of users were on-boarded quickly after that.  And now, with the addition of Walk Me tutorials, the user experience has been simplified further with the guided intelligence needed to accomplish any Digideck task
