AI with a Seatbelt: 8 Ways Customers are using DIGI AI

Recapping our August Learning Lab

The Background

When we first started talking about AI within the DIGIDECK platform two years ago, every conversation with customers was about creation. How do I make a presentation? How do I make a slide?

That’s not where the value landed. With real adoption behind us, the strongest uses show up across the whole sales cycle (the first meeting, the middle, the close) and most of them have nothing to do with “build me a deck.”

We expected people to use it for full decks. What they actually reach for are the small, specific things they do ten times a week.

Dive into 8 ways customers are using AI within the DIGIDECK platform (we call it DIGI) to save time while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency. DIGI is AI with a seatbelt. It’s bound to your messaging, your brand, your approved content. Everything below happens inside those guardrails, which is what makes it safe to hand to a whole team.

1. Several Edits At Once

“Change the glow around these three boxes from blue to yellow, and rewrite the title.” One prompt, both done.

Use AI to accomplish several things together. The added bonus? You don’t need to know where the button is, you only need to know how to describe what you want! For teams onboarding new people, this is quietly becoming the most-used thing we’ve built.

2. Ask Your Analytics A Question

DIGI AI reads engagement analytics across every presentation in your account, so nobody has to click through a dashboard to find out what’s working.

  • What are the top ten most-viewed presentations this month?
  • In that deal we won, which three slides got the most view time?
  • Build me a copy of that deck, personalized to this new prospect, using research from their website.

This is one of the most productive ways we see teams use DIGI.

3. An AI Quality Check

With DIGI AI enabled, admins get an AI Deck Summary in the backend, a single place to define everything the AI should know: brand rules, current pricing, stylistic preferences, messaging guidelines, and anything else that matters.

Users can then run their next proposal through AI Quality Check, which evaluates the deck against those rules before it goes out the door.

That’s the seatbelt, made concrete.

An admin defines the rules once. DIGI applies them every time. Every deck the team sends is held to the same standard.

4. Call Notes -> Follow-up Deck

Drag in a transcript, or whatever your notetaker produced, and ask for the follow-up presentation.

DIGI doesn’t just pull the right slides from your Master Deck Library, it knows where to personalize the words. Let AI do the heavy lifting next time you wrap up your next Sales Call.

5. Screenshot your CRM

No integration, no IT ticket. Screenshot an opportunity record with the price, goals, problems, and challenges. Drop it in the chat and ask for a personalized proposal.

DIGI picks the slides, writes the copy, and puts the pricing in the right place on the right slide.

This is the integration for anyone who can’t do an integration, doesn’t want one, or has data locked in a tool that won’t export.

If you can see it on your screen, you can get it into a deck.

6. Personalized Executive Summaries

If you respond to RFPs, this is the one. Drag in the RFP document itself, along with the website of whoever issued it, and have DIGI write the executive summary for that specific bid, against your approved positioning, landing straight on the slide.

Customers doing this tell us it’s helped them win more. The executive summary is often the only slide a decision-maker reads closely, and usually the one that gets recycled unchanged from the last proposal. It’s the highest-leverage slide in the deck and the cheapest one to fix.

7. Let DIGI Ask

Most people don’t know how to write a good prompt. So they get something half right, because the details that actually mattered never made it in.

DIGI AI now reads the forms that already live in your platform. Someone types one sentence “need to build a proposal” and DIGI comes back asking questions. Who is it for? One, two or three years? Their answers decide which slides come in and how those slides are written.

It’s also deterministic: the same answers produce the same deck, every time. No surprises, no rolling the dice. Bringing the deterministic and non-deterministic worlds together was the goal from day one of this whole journey, and this is the clearest example of it working.

8. A Sales Cockpit

The most ambitious of the eight, and the only one that lives outside the platform, the “Sales Cockpit” serves as your single snapshot for all your revenue motions.

It brings together leads, pipeline, accounts and DIGIDECK analytics, plus the six things a rep should actually do today.

One of those might be a new lead with a meeting on the calendar. By clicking one button, and a fully personalized deck is created, right logo, right background, without anyone opening DIGIDECK. When new information lands in the CRM a week later, one more click brings the deck that’s already out there up to date.
