You know your business way better than we do so before we even try to tell you how DIGIDECK can help, we kick things off with a 30-minute demo that’s focused around you. This gives you an opportunity to share what’s most important to your process. In turn, we adjust real-time to show you the features that pertain to your intended solution. It also helps us provide consultation on how we see your DIGIDECK coming together.

Demos are very interactive and we encourage you to ask questions throughout. After all, we are here to help YOU, not refine our skills on the platform.

The Master of All Masters

The whole point of a DIGIDECK is to create informative, engaging and visually appealing presentations that utilize your creative assets, adhere to your brand standards AND meet the needs of your sales team. This is done through the use of a Master Deck, a set of pre-populated, Marketing-approved slides, that can be accessed and used at any time. 

One of the biggest benefits of using DIGIDECK is the creative genius and customer-first focus behind our Design team. Whether you know exactly how you want your deck to look or have no idea, your Onboarding Manager and our creative team can help. Our creative team will take your assets and use their extensive knowledge regarding best practices, current trends and new concepts, to arrange them in an engaging presentation unlike anything you’ve seen before.

Once we’ve finalized your DIGIDECK design and functionality, you’ll end up with a complete presentation fully loaded with features such as menus and self-guided navigation as well as your own videos, GIFs, infographics, high-res images, etc. Now that it’s in place, it’s yours to start using as you wish.

Looks Aren't Everything [We Do]

However, DIGIDECK is more than just a presentation platform. Sure, we can make your company look good but we can also help it run a lot more smoothly, especially for your Sales and Marketing teams. 

For example, there are a number of ways you can create your presentations to best fit your process or goals. Internal sales teams could automatically generate presentations based on specific questions or website visitors could receive an automated presentation based on the answers they submit via an online form.

You could also integrate your presentations with your CRM to help create a cohesive customer experience and/or use merge tags to customize presentations with your prospects’ name, company, etc. 

If you’re a little wary of how “creative” some of your users might be, you can limit which slides and/or specific content is editable by your teams. These are just a few of the ways DIGIDECK goes beyond your typical presentation platform.

It's Not Over Until It's Over

By far, the best part of the process is rolling your fancy new DIGIDECK out to your users. Finally, your Marketing team has assurance that brand integrity is being maintained. At last, your Sales reps can look forward to dramatically reducing their time spent making presentations. 

Even when your DIGIDECK is ready to go, our work is far from done. Instead of leaving your team to figure it out on your own, our Training Director will take you and all users through the DIGIDECK platform. You’ll learn how to make the most out of your presentations, including creating, customizing and sharing. Your trainer will also show you how easy it is to access your analytics and use actionable data to make changes and improvements. 

You’ll also be paired up with a Customer Success Manager, who will be by your side and ready to answer any questions or provide any support you may need.
